Step 4: Bring Documents to the Tag Office

Take the following documents to your local tag office:

• Lost Title Bond

• T22B Police Inspection

• MV46A Notarized Affidavit

• Proof of Ownership (bill of sale, etc.)

• Vehicle History Report (NMVTIS approved provider)
